A. Volume Discounts
The price per unit or pack decreases as specific volume thresholds are reached.
The minimum order amount for shipping is €500.
Level 1 (5% Discount): Applies to orders meeting the minimum order value of €2,500.
Level 2 (11% Discount): Activated for orders exceeding a total value of €7,000.
Level 3 (Pallet Orders): Individual pricing for zoos and distributors for orders over €14,000 (typical discount range of 23%).
B. Automatic Shipping Cost Calculation
For frozen goods, logistics is a critical component. Shipping costs in the cart are not fixed; they are generated dynamically based on:
Total Order Weight: The system automatically calculates the combined weight of all packages.
Required Packaging Materials: The shipping cost automatically includes the necessary number of polystyrene thermoboxes and cooling media (dry ice) required to ensure the goods remain deep-frozen throughout transit.
Purchasing With and Without VAT
Invoicing is processed automatically based on your registration type and company headquarters:
Slovak Companies (VAT Payers): You purchase at prices to which the applicable VAT rate is added. The invoice serves as a valid tax document for VAT deduction.
EU Companies (Intra-community Supply / VAT-Free): If your company is based outside Slovakia (e.g., Czech Republic, Hungary) and you hold a valid VAT ID, our system will enable VAT-free purchasing after verification (under the Reverse Charge mechanism).
Wholesale Customers without a VAT ID: Individuals or organizations without a registered VAT ID purchase at final prices including VAT.
